We are pleased to announce that Diego Vela has accepted the position as Executive Chef leading our culinary team. Diego is an alumnus of Johnson & Whales University with degrees in Culinary Art and Food Service Management. He is a twenty-year veteran of New York City working as an executive chef at Morton’s the Steak House, Del Posto’s and The Smith just to name a few.
